Are your louvre systems imported from overseas?
No, all of our louvre systems are designed and manufactured in New Zealand, in our Christchurch factory.
Can your pergola‘s and louvre’s stand up to high winds?
Yes, they are manufactured to withstand all of the harsh New Zealand weather conditions, including the well-known Canterbury Nor’westers
Do I need consent for louvres?
While most Louvre installations do not necessitate consent, larger systems exceeding 30 square metres will be required to obtain it. We will facilitate your collaboration with your local council to prepare the requisite documentation. Our Louvre system is accompanied by a structural engineer’s PS1 design manual, which can be submitted alongside your consent application to guarantee a seamless and uncomplicated process.
What’s the warranty?
We warrant the fitness for purpose of any canopy, awnings, louvers, shades, covers, and all accessories we supplied (including frame and roof/covering) for ten (10) years from the date of purchase; any outdoor blinds, for five (5) years from the date of purchase; and any electric-related components (motor, LED light, power transformer) for three (3) years from the date of purchase. Warranty does not apply for problems arising from wear and tear, accidental, careless, or intentional damage, theft, or loss.

Yes, our Louvre system can be attached to your house with different methods
Is the Louvre roof system waterproof?
Our Louvre roof systems are meticulously engineered for external applications and utilisation. While they maintain an exceptionally high level of watertightness, they are not specifically designed to comply with building enclosure regulations.
Can you custom design our Louvre?
Yes, every Louvre are tailor made to fit your house. Our in house design team prepare design drawing and 3D rendering ensuring you are happy with it.
